Raychel Chism’s journey began with a passion for helping people with disabilities gain access to meaningful employment. Through her work in workforce development, she saw firsthand how many capable individuals were being overlooked, not because they lacked potential, but because they lacked access to the right training, resources, advocacy, and opportunities. Raychel also saw the challenges employers faced when trying to recruit, develop, and retain dependable talent. She understood both sides of the problem. There were people ready to work who needed a pathway forward. There were businesses searching for strong employees but lacking the right systems and connections to reach them. Raychel knew she could help close that gap. After realizing she had reached the ceiling of someone else’s vision, she made the decision to step out and create something of her own. That decision became Respectable Results.
From Doing Everything Herself to Building Organizations That Serve Others
Raychel did not begin with a large staff, a perfectly developed brand, or an endless list of resources. She built the website. Created the flyers. Managed the contracts. Documented the cases. Served the clients. Developed the systems. And carried the responsibility of turning the vision into something real. That experience shaped the leader she is today. Raychel understands the pressure business owners experience when every decision, responsibility, and outcome rests on their shoulders. She also understands what it takes to move from simply having a vision to building the people, structure, and systems required to sustain it. Today, Raychel uses those lessons to guide leaders, develop talent, strengthen organizations, and advocate for people who deserve greater access to opportunity.
RESPECTABLE RESULTS
Raychel founded Respectable Results to build a stronger bridge between talent and opportunity. The workforce development firm helps individuals prepare for meaningful careers while supporting employers in identifying, developing, and retaining capable talent. Its work is especially focused on communities frequently overlooked within traditional employment systems, including individuals with disabilities, veterans, justice involved individuals, low income adults, and youth. Respectable Results represents Raychel’s commitment to creating outcomes that benefit both people and the organizations
IMPACT INSTITUTE
Raychel’s vision continued to grow with the development of Impact Institute. Impact Institute is the nonprofit arm of her work, created to provide vocational training, certifications, professional credentials, and career readiness opportunities.
Its purpose is to help individuals become equipped, confident, and prepared before entering the workforce.
Through Impact Institute, Raychel is creating a more complete pathway from education and preparation to employment and long term economic mobility.
